Better Start Livin’

What an amazing experience!

My fellow wine enthusiast, songwriter Monty Powell, amazed the audience with his music at the “Better Start Livin’” benefit for the Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter. It was a unique experience to hear him sing the music that he has written for artists such as Keith Urban and Chris Cagle. I always appreciate the opportunity to meet other artists, especially if I can support them in an effort to help others.

There’s No Place Like Home

I enjoy being on the road and meeting new friends, but there is nothing better than sitting on my front porch with my wife while we watch the kids play. We are fortunate to be having great weather here in the south and I’m glad to be back in my home studio working on new projects.

This is a sneak preview of a great project I have been working on for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. I’ll keep you posted on the final product . . .

Wine & Roses Gala

Thank you again to all of my good friends at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation who invited me to participate again in this year’s auction. Don’t Worry, Be Happy

Boy, do I love my job!

Here I am with the family enjoying a day at the beach after island hopping through the Exumas with our good friend Dave. I am so fortunate that I can paint just about anywhere – on the deck of Dave’s boat is definitely one of my favorite places!

We had a great time swimming with the sharks, watching the iguanas and kicking back at the end of the day with a glass of wine as we enjoyed the sunset.

A Boy and His Dog Fine Art

What a great week in the Keys!

Thank you to David Todd and everyone at A Boy and His Dog Fine Art for their gracious hospitality. We had a great show and I really enjoyed sharing a glass of wine with all of the collectors who came out to see me.

Rob showed off his bartending skills and kept the glasses filled with Dom, Viader, Trilogy, Paradigm, Silver Oak . . . there was no shortage of good wine!

I had a great time painting in such a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is laid back and I enjoyed having so many people stop in to say hello. I am already looking forward to next year!
